All vehicle rentals are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement, which you will receive upon booking confirmation or vehicle collection. This document outlines the specific terms, conditions, insurance information, charges, and your obligations for the rental period. In cases of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the provisions in the Rental Agreement will prevail.
Eligibility Criteria
Renting a vehicle requires:

A valid, full driving license appropriate for the vehicle category is required, held for the minimum period indicated in the Rental Agreement. Booking and Payment Process

4. Car Pickup and Drop-off

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited uses of the vehicle:
- The vehicle must not be used for any unlawful activities. This includes racing, rallying, or off-roading, as well as any hazardous operations. Transporting dangerous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting to others or permitting unauthorized individuals to drive is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should be used only for its intended purpose, and not exceed passenger or weight limits. Unauthorized travel beyond agreed geographical boundaries is also prohibited.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire in Dorking is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the rental amount paid in the previous 12 months.
